View Point is located in the Maggie Valley Country Club overlooking the golf course and 7 mountain ranges. We are paved to the drive way and have a gentle slope drive for easy ingress and egress. With a 3 sided car port to shelter your motor ycles or cars. Once inside there is a large great room with glass wall open to a large deck, gas fire place and plenty of comfortable seating, TV, VCR, DVD, and STEREO. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need for large gatherings. Double ovens stainless grill for cooking and a dishwasher for clean up.
Master bedroom and bath. Lower level has 3 bedrooms: 1 with queen size bed, 2 with 2 twins each, and a queen size sofa sleeper. The game room has glass wall opening to a patio, pool table, board games, TV, VCR, AND MOVIE COLLECTION. With a wood burning fire place this is a great spot for entertainment. We also have a clothes washer and dryer. Let VIEW POINT be your home away from home.
Great Room
Unwind in the comfortable great room with plenty of seating for all. Relax and enjoy the spectacular view of the mountains and watch the wide variety of birds visiting this sanctuary through the windows that span the entire length of the room.
The great room is centered around a large stone fireplace to keep you warm in the winter months. There is sattelite TV, VCR, DVD and a stereo with CD and tape players.
Kitchen
The kitchen has all the comforts of home including a double oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, blender and more.
Watch the birds & wildlife from the beautiful bay window as you eat in the dinning area.
Bedrooms
The Master bedroom is located on the main floor with a king size bed. It has 2 very large windows looking out to the mountains and is a great place for star gazing.
The lower level has three bedrooms including this one with a queen bed and 2 very large windows. There are 2 more bedrooms on the lower level with 2 twin beds in each.
Lounge
After a long day of exploring the many attractions in the area, come home and relax in front of a roaring wood fire and enjoy a friendly game of pool. The sofa doubles as a queen sleeper and there is a second TV with VCR.
Outside
Enjoy the incredible long range mountain views! Sit out on the covered deck or porch and enjoy the scenery of your private getaway while you cook-out on the charcoal grill.
The quiet and peaceful yard has a private sitting area. This home is located in a bird sanctuary so bird lovers can view the many varieties of species that call Maggie Valley home.
The 3 sided 2 car carport is large enough for 10+ bikes and there is enough flat driveway for parking and loading your motorcycle trailers.
